Time is the gift we give.

Volunteer pilots fly people to medical care at no cost to them — hours sooner, and arriving rested.

It's not about money. It's about time.

A one-year-old needs a heart transplant. The family lives in Tucson, Arizona; the hospital is in San Diego.

How a mission flies

From a need to a landing.

  1. 01

    A partner identifies the need

Eligibility and medical details stay with them.

  2. 02

    A pilot signs up

Volunteers choose the missions that fit.

  3. 03

    The mission is logged

    Pilot, aircraft, route, and waiver.

  4. 04

    The flight happens

At no cost to the passenger.

  5. 05

    Care is waiting

    Across the Southwest, and growing.

Our Founding Campaign

2,000 flight hours in our first full year.

That's what it takes to prove this model works: fuel, maintenance, and operating costs, plus aircraft and insurance, for a total goal of $500,000.

Three ways to give time.
