A volunteer helping an elderly couple with an activity at a table

Every mission needs more than a pilot and an airplane. Here’s where the rest of us fit in.

Ground & Mission Support

  • Meet-and-greet: Helping a passenger get from curb to cockpit — and back — on both ends of a flight.
  • Ground handling: Fueling coordination, aircraft prep, and the small logistics that keep a mission on schedule.
  • Mission Coordinator training: Right now, one person runs mission dispatch alone. As we grow, we need people willing to learn that role so no single point of failure stands between a patient and their flight.

Behind-the-Scenes

  • Fundraising & grant writing: Every mission is funded by someone who isn’t in the plane. Help us find them.
  • Social media & storytelling: Sharing the missions, the pilots, and the reason this organization exists.
  • Administration & bookkeeping: Keeping the books, the schedules, and the paperwork in order so the flying side can focus on flying.

You don’t need a pilot’s license to save someone a five-hour drive. You just need to show up.
